Other highlights include: (1) custom cabinetry for a "breakfast bar" to hide the clutter of small countertop appliances; (2) corner drawer cabinets in place of a lazy susan;
(3) engineered quartz, solid white counters that can be wiped clean and do not stain;
(4) the water-jet cut, mosaic backsplash made with statuary marble, black granite, and mother-of-pearl; (5) the French La Cornue range in black enamel with brass accents; (6) a chopping block cabinet, and a walk-in pantry.
